At Galina’s Euro Food Convenience Store, we take great pride in the quality of our products and customer service. Because many of our items are perishable, we have a specific Return & Refund Policy to ensure safety, fairness, and satisfaction for all our customers.

1. Perishable Food Items

Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable food items, including but not limited to:

• Freshly prepared foods
• Refrigerated or frozen items
• Baked goods
• Dairy and deli products

All sales on perishable goods are final unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon pickup.

2. Non-Perishable Items

We may accept returns or exchanges on non-perishable, unopened, and unused products (e.g., packaged dry goods, canned items) under the following conditions:

• Return is requested within 7 days of pickup
• Original receipt or order confirmation is provided
• Item is in original packaging and in resalable condition

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item is returned.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

• Include a description of the issue and, if possible, attach a photo of the item.

We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly, either by offering a replacement or a refund, at our discretion.

4. Order Cancellations

• If your order has already been prepared or picked up, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be:

• Issued to the original method of payment
